Pujadas Charcoal Oven 50

Pujadas charcoal ovens are made of premium steel and coated with insulating materials that optimize the use of coal and reduce heat radiation. The interior chamber design promotes air re-circulation, ensuring homogeneous heat distribution and increased performance of the combustible material. They allow you to work with a temperature range between 250ºC to 350ºC to provide a homogeneous cooking response throughout the service.

The Oven 50 from Pujadas is the smallest of the charcoal range, consuming 10 - 12 kg of charcoal per service, comfortably serving 40 - 50 covers.

The Pujadas Charcoal Oven 50 is supplied with a Stainless Steel Grill 585 x 385mm and Air Flow Regulator and hat filter.

Each oven also comes with:
• 1 x stainless steel grill
• 1 x tong
• 1 x ash scoop
• 1 x charcoal poker
• 1 x metal brush to clean the grill
