Depending on the usage, the Winterhalter UC-S can be customised into four different basic versions: dishwasher, dishwasher or bistro and cutlery washer. The Winterhalter UC-S comes customised precisely to your specific needs. Every machine has three programs which adapt to the shape and size of your wash items and the level of soiling. If your preferred application ever changes, your service technician can reconfigure the machine and turn a dishwasher into a bistro washer, so you always have flexibility.

Across the UC series, colour-coded single button operation with integrated status display makes operation easy. The smart Winterhalter touch-display offers three washing programmes, accompanied by self-explanatory, language neutral symbols. This guarantees intuitive, error-free operation. Programs can also be adjusted to suit customer-specific requirements and there are lots of special programmes such as intensive, energy-saving, low-noise or short are available.
